Can I resize my ring if it doesn't fit?

Yes! All parcels include a returns form with clear instructions about ring resizing. Please send your ring back to the return address on the form and it should be resized within 2 days, depending on the shop opening times.

ZO Jewellery is not responsible for the postage cost back to the return address. However, we will cover the 1st Class postage back to your address after the ring has been resized. 

How do I find out my ring size?

The Ring Sizer app (the link is under all items) is really useful in determining your ring size. If you are still unsure, ring sizers can be bought online elsewhere. 

Can I pre-order rings?

We do not take pre-orders as we often have limited stock. To find out information about our next drop, check the product description or our instagram: @zo_jewellery.

When my ring is resized, is it exchanged for a brand new version, or is my original ring resized?

The exact ring you purchased will be resized, polished and sent back to you within 2 days of us receiving it.

Can I add gift messages?

If you wish to add a note, please do so in the added notes section during checkout. The note will be handwritten and places inside the parcel.

This item is a gift and I don't want the receiver to see the receipt, is this possible?

No parcels include receipts for this exact reason! You should receive a confirmation email with your receipt after purchasing a ring.

I cant find my confirmation email, should I have gotten one?

Yes, you will receive a confirmation email after purchasing the item. If you cannot find it, it may be in your junk/spam email section. If you still cant find it and your Paypal payment has gone through, wait a couple fo days and you will get a shipping notification email instead. 

Can I buy my ring via Instagram?

Unfortunately we only take orders through the website so that it's registered on our system.
